Anyone came across this in-completion error - 'Special Matter of Fact does not exist' and solution for the same? Facing this error while checking messages (in-completion check).When I click the error message it takes to documents tab at header level. Here I tried many things but still not able to find the solution.

Does SAP provide service to archive business partners, and if so is there documentation on topic. Understand that with GTS 11 HANA there is a flag that can be set to show the customer as being inactive and hence bypass SPL screening, but what I'm interested is if in GT10x and or subsequent releases, archiving off the GTS environment is facilitated, or if this will have to be an 'inhouse' built solution.

Can you please help in providing details on table which store license numbers and license type assigned to a document ( says Sales Order/ Delivery). These are the licenses which are assigned to these documents as part of Legal control license determination.
I need to show these actual license assigned on the form output in ECC.

I have made the settings as synchronous in the Item category at app level in GTS 11, which I thought would keep the partner from getting blocked if it was changed in the document.
What I am seeing is that whenever I change the address to a BP such as the ship to the order gets blocked for SPL and in the audit trail it says that the address was changed manually.
Changing it to asynchronous seems to have the same behavior. Is there somewhere else I have missed a config setting?

The PO order type (NB )of Feeder system is assigned to Document type in GTS ( IMPOR3)
I am getting the message " Define Document type " while transferring PO data to GTS and once executed getting the meesage
"Select at least one service " while executing in Dev client.

I am trying to find out a way to get License number for Customers involved in sale/purchase of Controlled substances.
Here is the scenario -
/SAPSLL/LCLIC is the license header table and EXTNO field have all customer license numbers.
/SAPSLL/PNTBP is the Business partner table from where I can get partner number (PARTNER) and Partner GUI id (GUID_PRTN)
Need help in to find a link between tables mentions above. So that if I have a Customer number (or Partner number ) from /SAPSLL/PNTBP I should be able to find the customer license number from /SAPSLL/LCLIC.
Need this link for master data report, irrespective of transnational data is available or not.

Hy Guys,
after a preference calculation the material is positiv fpr preference. But in the material master data the country of origin will setup to germany. For example, the product comes form poland, the LLE was setup with country of origin poland, the product will packed in germany and labeld. Why does GTS set up Germany as country of origin in the material master data?

When we are trying to re-classifing the products through xml file getting following message.
"No customs numbers were found that are assigned to a product" can some please let me know what does it mean?
also when I am trying to retransfer of commodity codes to feeder system getting message No data found.

I have one question regarding classify product with worklist which you may help clarify.
In our company, we have customs legal regulation:ATLAS which has 2 different HTS numbering scheme: HTSDE and HTSEU as screen copy 1 below.
Now user want to maintain HTS number for product by tcode:/SAPSLL/PR_CLWB_CUS(Classify product by worklist), on the selection screen, user select "101 tariff code numbers" for numbering scheme type field and click "execute" button as screen copy 2, but on the classification screen, HTSDE is always selected as default numbering scheme as screen copy 3.
May I know who user can select HTSEU for classification?

we have the error messages while submitting export customs declaration for Switzerland related to E licences , we have recently added e licences for swiss customs submission process, for specific material where we need to submit to 2 authorities for approval GTS is not allowing us stating the error do not enter a key twice for same Item on removing one licence document , and When declaration is submitted the from error log message we receive " please \u00FCberpr\u00FC request not formatted correctly. you fen entries (address, type, etc) .in e-dec to the granting of Elic. The approved specifications in Elic are decisive".

I have created the SPL master and blocked the Customer in GTS and tried creating the Sales order but its dodn't block.
There is no SPL list for this..I have done all the configurations for activating SPL.

Dear Team,
We have not implemented EH&S module. But we have created a Ztable where we have maintained(Plant+material+UN-Number+DG goods indicator(Y/N).
And then we have implemented oss note-1365020 and we are using GTS version-10.1.
Now during my testing where can I see this DG indicator/UN number in SAP GTS ? Normally what value should come into GTS and how it works.
I checked table-/SAPSLL/LEGCUS as well as in customs document at item level in General Data Tab(Dangerous goods no.). No value is there ?

Hi, we have a requirement to provide list of components used in build to order product. Currently, we display the top level KMAT material on our customs invoice. We need to perform license check on components and to display the components along with a statistical, allocated value on the customs invoice.
We have found the mechanism to show the components used on the Production order; we looked for ways to send the production order BOM to GTS but had no luck. Preference processing seems to have elements that could help but Preference is not for license checking.
Has someone else had this requirements?

Ex : 10 sales orders blocked due to licence now one by one we want maintain licence.
