Customs document type cannot be determined for external document Type F8

Hello Experts

 

Need help

 

I am trying to transfer F8 to GTS 10.1 and getting following message in GTS  Transfer log for export:

 

Customs document type cannot be determined for external document Type F8

 

New implementation

GTS 10.1 running with SP 12

 

ECC side Plug-In settings are fine. BAdi is Active.(There is no document mapping for F8/CUSDEC as it is not required in 10.1)

GTS side configurations are also fine. Checked several times by 4 sets of eyes!!

(Include general settings configurations, Customs communication configurations:)

(Defining technical medium, conditions/output parameters, defining messages for communication process,

defining determination for activity sequence and control settings for communication process)

 

Despite this I am not able to trnasfer F8 successfully

 

Can someone throw some light on this issue please?

How to compare the HS codes assigned to various legal legulations

Hi Gurus,

 

We have a requirement where we will have to check if we have classified the product master in US Legal Regulation. If yes, then we will have to check if we have used the same HS code for US Legal regulation earlier and see what is the equivalent EU HS code if at all we had assigned any for that product.

 

For example, say we had a product 111 which was earlier classified in US with HS code XXXXXX and in EU as YYYYYY. Now we have a material 222 which is classified in US as XXXXXX. So we would like to know if there is any table by which we can run a search with US HS code as XXXXXX and get the equivalent EU code as YYYYYY.

No import/export license types found for determination procedure CD02

Hi All,

 

I am new to GTS - legal Control. I am trying to create an Export Order in R3, where it is getting GTS blocked. When checked in GTS error is due to : No import/export license types found for determination procedure CD02. PFB the screenshot.

Please let me know what is happening here and how to rectify this error. Please guide me step by step.

Alternate for GTS perform newcheck

Hi,

 

Is  there any customization available in GTS 101.1..to remove the GTS block automatically with out performing 'perform newcheck' after creation of required license in GTS system.

 

I know if we perform newcheck newly created license will automatically get assigned and block will get removed.

GTS check for Embargo and SPL for certain company codes.

Hi Gurus,

 

we wanted to activate the check for FI to GTS screen for vendor payments which is given by standard SAP , but out of 100 company code we want to activate for 20 certain company code. In other words, I want to work this functionality only for 20 company codes instead of all company codes, the 80 other company codes' payment should not be stopped for payment due to GTS check    Can any one help in this requirement, Urgent.

Creation of pre-declaration

Hi Experts,

 

  

We are creating the pre-declaration with reference to Customs bill
of ladding. In Custom Bill of ladding when we use reference doc as PO it allow
us to create the Pre-declaration but we want to try it with SO.

Is there any alternate way to do it.?

Extract Master Data from GTS to perform V_Lookups via Excel

Hello GTS/SAP Gurus -

 

My company is a exporter/seller of highly regulated chemicals.  As such, we have fields in GTS which flag our products for various regulations.  I was not with the company when all of the data was initially uploaded to GTS.  Since then, many updates have taken place to add new materials, delete old or discontinued products, etc.   

 

Can you tell me if there is an easy way to extract data from a Table categorized as Struct.?  I'm looking to extract data which is housed on the Legal Control Tab of the Material.  I can view the entire list on screen, but there does not appear to be a way to send it to Excel.  I can only see the individual data when I double click the Product Number we have assigned the information to.  I'm looking to create the search which selects all of our assigned Product Numbers and the associated Regulator Flags we have linked to them.  All appear to be related as follows:

 

PROGRAM NAME:     /SAPSLL/SAPLPRODUCT_IFACE

TABLE NAME:           /SAPSLL/PROD_LEG_CONTRL_DYNP_S

CATEGORY:              Struct.

 

 

The reason for the extract is to satisfy requests from distributors/re-sellers who are requesting Export Compliance details based on the items which they purchase.  The one-two item requests I can do by hand.  However, some requests are over 200-300 items, which cannot be completed by hand.  Any help/guidance you can provide is greatly appreciated.

 

(by the way, I am a GTS User, not programmer, so please try to simplify any instructions so that I can relay to our programmers.  Thank you, in advance, for anything you can provide to assist me.

Legal Regulation Missing from Dropdown in Create Import/Export License

I am trying to create an Import/Export License for EAR99, however the legal regulation is missing in the dropdown.  Am I missing a piece of configuration or master data?

Positive and negative lists are getting whiped off during SPL screening

Hi Experts I have an issue with SPL screening.When business runs SPL screening the partner lists under positive and negative lists are getting whiped off.Business has to take the backup of these list every time and after the periodic SPL screening they have to update POS and NEG list manually.Please suggest your solutions for this issue.

Customs value at header level

Hi Team,

I have an issue with customs value and it goes like this,when we have customs value (C100) at item level for any export or import customs declaration the same is not getting summed up to the header level and it writes zero value for C100 condition at header.Please suggest what might have gone wrong here.Appreciate your help.

Goods movement category for US FTZ

Hello All,

 

Whenever I am updating any material document from Feeder to GTS, system updates the status of goods movement category in table [/SAPSLL/CUSWLO - IBLIS] as "G" even though I have maintained different category of goods movement for the movement types in feeder system like WIP, scrapping, transfer posting, work in progress.

 

Can you help me where I am going wrong.

Special Matter of Fact does not exist - ATLAS

Hi guys.



Anyone came across this in-completion error - 'Special Matter of Fact does not exist' and solution for the same? Facing this error while checking messages (in-completion check).When I click the error message it takes to documents tab at header level. Here I tried many things but still not able to find the solution.


process: ATLAS German exports

Message: M0940

GTS ver 11.00.

 

Any help on this appreciated.

bonded warehouse GTS

Hello,

 

 

1) How are Bonded Warehouse configured in ERP and interfaced to GTS10.1?

2) Is SAP EWM required for Bonded Warehouses and can you use SAP ECC 6.0?

 

 

We would like to implemented a Bonded Warehouse using ECC 6.0. Some of the discussions found in SDN mention SAP EWM. But is this really required to implement a Bonded Warehouse, especially with interfacing the master and transaction data to GTS 10.1?

Case Management | Recreating a case for same BP

Hello Guru's,

 

I have created a case for the blocked business partner which was rejected and BP is still in blocked stage. Now business wanted to create a new case for the same BP.

 

While creation of the case, system conveys that the case is already exist for the given business partner and workflow is not getting triggered as the workflow status is in completion status.

 

How to retrigger the case for already processed case? How to change the status of case from Rejected to approved or vice versa.

How to increase length of the text to be defaulted in default data screen, current limit 100 chars

Hi,

 

I have defaulted a customs document header text in GTS but while maintaining the text in default data screen, there is a limit of 100 characters only. I want to increase this limit to 200 characters, could you help me with this requirement or how can we achieve this?
